Transit Integrated Planning

Planning for the integration of transit, land use and development is a key element of successful Transit Oriented Development (TOD).  The placement of uses, the design of streets, the placement and use of buildings, parking strategies, transit access including pedestrian and bicycles and retail are all critical elements to get right in order to create successful TOD and to create “place”.  City v3 through Bob Brosnan and extensive experience in planning for and implementing TOD and all the elements needed to ensure its success.  Mr. Brosnan worked for 38 years planning for and implementing one of the most successful TODs in the country in Arlington, Virginia.
